Pole Fitness and Aerial Dance Classes are not only a great way to get in shape but they are so fun and addicting. Now more accessible than ever, learning to fly like Cirque du Soliel performers keeps us young and alive. Classes are available for first timers as well as traveling pole and aerial artists. Private events for kids and Ladies Night Out may be available upon request.
