When Jesus Ayala came to the United States from San Jose de la Paz, Jalisco, he came with a dream that his family owned estilo de casa (homestyle) Mexican restaurant would grow. Two and a half decades later, Antonio Ayala has come to create his father's dream to own and operate one of the most well-known and successful brand of Mexican restaurants in the south-eastern United States.
