Sandhills Medical Foundation, Inc. is a Federally qualified community health center (FQHC) serving residents of Chesterfield, Kershaw, Lancaster, and Sumter Counties. We have provided high quality healthcare since 1977. We provide primary medical care accessible to people within the community. We are locally owned, not-for-profit Corporation, whose board members come from the communities we serve. Our mission is to be responsive to community healthcare needs by providing quality, comprehensive, and cost effective healthcare. We wish to make care available to everyone in the community. Dr. Adam Abram is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist and Facial Plastic Surgeon. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees from Vanderbilt University and completed his surgical residency training at the University of Virginia and his fellowship training at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Abram is board certified in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery. He specializes in the treatment of ear, nose and throat disorders, sinus disease and facial plastic surgery on for children and adults. Dr. Abram sees patients in the Columbia Downtown, Columbia NE and Lugoff offices.
