I visited the Journeys store in the Anderson Mall today. What a depressing shopping experience. The whole mall is so sad and dark and empty. With the exception of a few familiar and long standing...

Small store, but well staffed. Variety of shoes and brands, but not enough shoe sizes. Customer service game is on top. You get full conversations and real initiative, rather than a "how are you"...
