The service was excellent. We found the perfect suit and got it tailored and back in plenty of time for an out-of-the-country wedding. They were great to work with!!

Manager was awesome. A Houston store messed up my order and she called the store, got frustrated with the manger in Houston, and just took care of me for free. This store is great!

After finding out the suit we had chosen for our son and my fiancé was no longer available we went back in the hunt ! A random stop in Jos A Bank and meeting Brett ... what a HUGE help - not only...

Phenomenal customer service here, very professional 10/10, knowledgeable staff and custom help was provided
