Being LGBTQ+ and seeking a therapist can be scary. What if they tell you you are wrong or make everything about being LGBTQ+? What if you somehow make them uncomfortable or if they make you feel worse? I know. I am part of the LGBTQ+ community with similar fears and doubts. I know you are not broken, you are not just a label and this is not easy or linear.

If you are struggling to understand yourself, fearful of being out, feeling fundamentally wrong or are trying to force lifestyle on yourself and feeling hopeless because it won't stick- I can give you a safe space to work it out.
