I've been a customer of this Jersey Mike's for 20 years...I tried to call in an order recently... with 3 employees on duty not one of them could answer... when I arrived & stated as much my reply...

What happened to Southern hospitality? I have never experienced such awful customer service. You can hate your job, I can understand that, but there is no reason to glare at each person ordering...

This is what extra roast beef looks like. 11.55 for bun and I slice of roast beef. Barely gave a any lettuce.
