Jada Simpson, NP, brings over 20 years of nursing experience to her current role as a Nurse Practitioner at MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center. Formerly associated with Prisma Heart, she worked collaboratively in outpatient and inpatient settings with cardiovascular conditions. Before her role at MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center, Jada was a Nurse Educator at Prisma Health, contributing to the orientation and continuing education of ICU, Stepdown, and Cardiac Telemetry unit members. Her dedication to education also involved system-wide initiatives across Palmetto Health hospitals. A pivotal time in her career occurred during her tenure in the surgical trauma ICU at a level 1 trauma center, where she spent significant time and learned invaluable lessons. This experience fueled her decision to pursue further education and become a Nurse Practitioner. Jada's extensive nursing journey includes roles as a Staff Educator for Orientation and Training, an OR Circulating Nurse specializing in orthopedic surgeries, and various positions at Prisma Health, where she gained valuable experience in intensive care and telemetry units. With a commitment to patient care and a diverse background in nursing, Jada Simpson, NP, continues to make a meaningful impact on the health of our patients at MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center.

His sports medicine fellowship provided additional training in various arthroscopic procedures for the knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and elbow. Dr. Geswell also has a passion for general orthopedics, including fracture care and knee and shoulder joint replacement. In his free time, Dr. Geswell enjoys most outdoor activities such as playing or watching sports, golfing, skiing, fishing, boating, and running.
