Simplicity. Often searched for, rarely found. Hugh-Babys BBQ & Burger Shop throws back to a time when things were as simple as they could be. A time when even the smallest things were well-made with deliberate attention and care. When, just because something was to be simply enjoyed, you didnt throw craftsmanship and dedication out the window. Weve brought back that same integrity to our menu with an obvious attention to detail. We illustrate this daily by grinding our own beef for our burgers, following time-honored Memphis barbecue, and hand-spun milkshakes. Then weve combined these signature items with a small, straightforward menu that gives our guests more time to enjoy all the effort that goes into our food.

Pleasantly surprised. I hadn't gone here yet because I assumed the burgers would be super greasy. But it actually wasn't! It was delicious with a great smoky flavor and not much grease at all....

Great concept and generally very good...however the BBQ in my sandwich was not even warm....very much in the temperature danger zone where fast bacteria growth happens. Too bad to ruin everything...
