Love this place! It's helpful for people with sinus issues. Infrared saunas are good for health -- the exercise is a bonus!

Total waste of money, as someone who has seen the inside job of this place, the workers gossip and make tiktoks instead of helping you.

Do NOT sign up here without a fair warning. It is noisy, smells bad, and not clean. I wanted to cancel my membership but you need to fulfill 3 month commitment AND THEN an additional 60 days...
