Jay Elliot, the visionary behind this establishment and previous owner of The Hilton Head Island House Of Jerky, introduced this venture in July of 2021. Though not a beekeeper himself, Jay proudly identifies as a "honey dealer" who has cultivated solid partnerships with over 10 beekeepers from The Lowcountry and beyond.

Interesting store. Many different honeys. Varieties include whiskey infused, chocolate and turmeric honey. Local honey there too.
