The food is dried out and cold. From lunch to 3:30 you will eat leftovers from the day before, then maybe they will start bringing out some fresher food for dinner and then it might be hot...

Their interior is really cool. They have a triple tier lighting levels/colors in the center of the restaurant. Their sushi isn't bad, although calling the place Japanese is an insult to Japan....
