She was a very nice lady and the cut was even, however it wasn't finished. I had to go to another salon to get the blunt, choppy layers softened out. The salon was also dirtier than most I've seen

Went in for highlights and a cut. It looked EXACTLY the same as when I got there. I had to go to another place a week later to have it actually cut.
