Sat in line for 30 minutes and it didn't even move. Very poor service and chick fil a got me out in less than 10 and they were way busier

I can't believe I waited over 15 minutes for a chili dog that only has a half teaspoon of chili... and it's cold. Hardee's use to be my favorite. They are really going down hill.

They are making everyone who orders pull up along with griping about people who asked for what they didn't want in or on their food, but giving attitude when they go inside to get it taken off....
