The location is perfect for Sea Pine residents. Outdoor seating very nice early morning. It's a great spot for coffee and maybe something light. Try something other than pancakes.

It was ok. We waited about 45 minutes to an hour for our food, by the time it arrived it was cold and soggy . Not sure what's going on. Hoped for better.
