We are a small artisan bakery that wakes up early every day to create a unique and varied selection of delicious, honest breads and old-fashioned goodies that reflect the soul, style and patience of the baker. We believe in good food, slow food and the art of eating. We do everything by hand, in a traditional method reminiscent of an age when village bakeries existed on Main Street. This takes time, patience and a nearly obsessive attention to detail. Though not always easy to produce, the time, effort and quality ingredients combine to create something really special. It is our hope that our creations will give you cause to linger as you gather around the table with the community of family and friends. We look forward to breaking bread together!

Holy cannoli the focaccia was the best I ever ever had. Literally so darn delicious. I bought the spinach, tomato and feta at the Farmer's Market and had it for dinner. So. So. GOOD.
