Gallina Loca is a hidden gem on Johns Island, just off of Maybank Highway. This place has outstanding, affordable food and the owner is always very friendly. Where else can you get tacos for $3....

Honestly, this is the only truck that serves delicious asada tacos. We make the trek from Mount pleasant and it does not disappoint. I wish they could station themselves closer to us!
