History

The Gaia Fit concept is rooted in a little girl's dream to make a difference in the world. As the little girl grew into a woman and soon a mom, her passion and desire to make a difference strengthened. She took her tools of education, fitness, nutrition, counseling, business, and motherhood and set about helping people live and feel better as a personal trainer, nutrition counselor and Shaklee Independent Distributor, but something was missing. Over the years, she had become close with many like-minded health professionals who were on similar paths. All moving in the same direction but each in their own way with their own challenges, strengths and weaknesses. Gaia Fit is the melding of each of their skills and personalities to form a uniquely experienced and balanced team focused on improving peoples lives and providing a superior customer experience.
