Gaffney Visitors Center and Art Gallery

Rock Hill parks, recreation and tourism department oversees various projects, including Rock Hill Tennis Center, West Parking Lot, Manchester Meadows site, Glencairn Garden, and trails and greenways master plan. Located in Rock Hill, S.C., the department Hosts a wide variety of events, such as the National Softball Association youth girls world series, softball season, and mayor's teen volunteer program. Its Northside Center, built on more than 6-acres of space, includes community, game and craft rooms, fully equipped gymnasium, playground, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, shuffleboard courts, climbing wall, picnic shelters, all-purpose field, and a connector to the Northside Greenway walking trail. The department s administrative and tourism services division provides basic support services, including accounting, clerical and personnel operations, and marketing and promotions of programs, special events and facilities.
