Dr. Robert Puchalski is the founding physician and Chairman at SCENT and has a special interest in obstructive sleep apnea and rhinology (including allergy). Dr. Puchalski has proudly served leadership roles in many medical specialty organizations and is currently the South Carolina representative to the AAO-HNS Board of Governors, a delegate to the AMA representing the AAOA, and a member of the ENTPAC and AAOA Boards. Dr. Puchalski sees patients in Columbia Downtown, Columbia NE, Lugoff, Winnsboro, Chester, and Lexington.

Dr. Valerie Fritsch’s research interests include cancers of the neck and throat. She has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and publications and has given presentations on neck and throat cancers and other ENT-related topics. In addition, Dr. Fritsch has served as a medical school instructor and as a patient care technician. Dr. Fritsch sees patients in Columbia Downtown, Columbia NE, and Lexington.
