"FlipSide" Wedding Band

History

FlipSide is a cool little trio consisting of Sherry Pendersen (keyboard/bass and vocals) , Mike Grenier (drums and vocals) and Jim Gilliam (guitar and vocals). Three seasoned musicians who have joined together to create a compact traveling dance band. Sherry Sherry Lynn grew up in Wisconsin where she started playing music at age 9. She toured with musical troupe, the Kids From Wisconsin, which performed on center stage at the Wisconsin State Fair. Later, Sherry traveled with her trio throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan and Florida performing for State fairs, & major hotel chains. The Sherry Lynn Trio performed 3 summers at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, Mich. While Sherry's husband was in the Air Force, their family lived in Germany where she played music with various bands. Her husband was later stationed at Charleston AFB. The family loved this area and decided to stay. They've lived in Summerville since 1987. Sherry Lynn was musical director & performer for Clay Rice's
