As the highest and best use of some of our clients' properties changed with the advent of urban growth, we responded by developing a real estate sales department that focuses on marketing timberland, rural properties, and commercial tracts. Perhaps of greatest interest to the forest landowner is that we stay abreast of the timber markets and have extensive experience with the valuation of forest products such as pulpwood, chip-n-saw, sawtimber, veneer, and pine poles. Our understanding of the stumpage markets helps us get top dollar for our clients' timber. Ours is not a "One Size Fits All" approach to land management. We listen to our clients, carefully consider their objectives and resources, and strive to help them to achieve their goals for their property whether they choose to manage for income, wildlife, recreation, aesthetics, or any combination of these objectives.
