Flex-Able is an innovative new approach to fitness and exercise developed by Gentric Isaacson and Ross Couch. With nearly 20 yrs of training experience between them, they have learned that there is far more to health and fitness than lifting heavy weights or spending endless hours on the treadmill. Life is all about movement. Flex-Able incorporates a series of progressive stretches and exercises that are designed to help improve posture, flexibility, and reduce joint pain and stress. Flex-Able is excited to announce our new Mt. Pleasant location will be coming soon!!
