Liburdi Dimetrics supports the medical, industrial, nuclear power generation and automotive industries by developing orbital welding equipment. Delta Mold, founded in 1978, is a modern tool making and tool repair facility in Charlotte, N.C. The plant has 42,000 square feet of climate-controlled manufacturing and three bays with 20 and 25-ton cranes and state-of-the-art machinery that is capable of building most sizes of steel or aluminum molds. It has sampling capabilities with a 950-ton Toshiba injection press. The company has expertise in building injection, compression, RIM and blow molds for the plastics industry, as well as tool repair and maintenance capabilities. Delta Mold has been ISO 9001-2000 certified since January 2004.
