Wait times at the drive thru are ridiculous! I ordered a medium hot coffee and it took me 20 mins to get it, there was only one peronllson in front of me!

I have been trying to call this location for a week now 803-833-7506 and NO ONE never picks up the phone!! after 6 or 7 rings it goes to a voicemail box that's not setup. It's very frustrating...

They don't care about customers that aren't in the drive thru. Worst service for the small about of work they do. Will never go in there again.
