I know it's hard to rate a chain store. But been here twice now and their service has been great and the drinks spot on. You don't have to repeat your order even with multiple, weird-ass drinks....

Slowest Dunkin known to man. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes each time you visit--I can't think of any logical reason why a Dunkin is so slow.
