This location has ONE self-order machine, which makes orders take forever since customers are not adept at using machines. Super long lines. Workers don't help. You're on your own.

This location, recommend. There are two Dunkin's in Florence this one is good the other is not. Dunkin is a staple for our family I have gotten Power breakfast sandwich about 20 times my wife...

It's fine. Asked for bagel toasted-wasn't Bathrooms are coed which is why pee is o the floor. Dryers-no paper towels. Place was cleanish.
