Dominion Senior Living at Patrick Square is an assisted living and memory care community scheduled to open in fall of 2018. Our senior living community will serve seniors in Clemson, South Carolina and be located in the Patrick Square's Town Center. Dominion Senior Living at Patrick Square will be conveniently located within an up-and-coming, vibrant commercial and residential neighborhood. When completed, we will offer 66 two bedrooms, one bedroom, and studio senior apartments designed for memory care and assisted living residents.
