Ed became a Realtor in 1984, opening his own agency in 1989, later converting his traditional company to an Exclusive Buyer Agency office in 1992. Ed has served as an Eastern Region Director for the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA), and served as keynote speaker at their Annual Conference in New Orleans in November 2002. After struggling for nearly 6 months to find a good web designer who understood web design AND real estate, Ed decided to build his own company web site. The site became so successful he was able to discontinue all print ads after his site was online for less than one year, saving him an advertising overhead in excess of $6,000 per month, with 100% of his company business coming from the Internet.
