History

Paul started his own firm in January 2013. Before that, he was a shareholder with Moses & Brackett, PC for about ten years. Before that, he was a Judicial Law Clerk to the South Carolina Circuit Court, and Assistant Chief Counsel, South Carolina Department of Transportation.

Specialties

Mr. deHolczer's practice is a general practice but focused on two areas in particular: Eminent Domain and Professional Licensing. Mr. deHolczer once prosecuted physicians and dentists for the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation but now defends the licenses of all professionals (appraisers, engineers, nurses, realtors, etc.) facing investigations and prosecutions by the various licensing boards. He represents landowners, lessees and others facing condemnation as well as condemnors (SCDOT, some counties and utilities) in eminent domain cases.
