Because of storms we arrived at hotel about 2:30 am. We had reservations. We paid $200 for the night to stay in this dump. Asked to speak to a manager repeatedly and still haven't heard anything...

Omg we had a RAT in our room. Front desk left a number on the door nobody answered!!! Called all day nobody answered. Called Booking.com called corporate nobody answered or cared! A freaking RAT....
