Despite the name, this is a relatively quiet area that doesn't have a downtown feel but is near the hospital. This place offers some niche and local goods for sale and does have freshly prepared...

Such a cute spot. We stopped in randomly while on vacation. The girl at the register was soo great and very helpful when it came to my coffee choice. The French dip sandwich was awesome!

We had coffee, breakfast sandwiches and pastries and everything was incredible! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable re food allergies. Its super cute, cozy porch & very welcoming.
