HistoryIn 2003, after training at many big, commercial gyms throughout his career, George decided to go out on his own. He started his career as a boxer and then turned to weight lifting. George has worked with many big names in the industry, including John DeFendis, a nine-time bodybuilding champion in the Olympics, and Matt DuVall, a world-renowned bodybuilder. He considers himself lucky to have had such great mentors and to have received their guidance. George is Master Certified through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) in nutrition, personal training, and exercise therapy and is a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as well as Pro-Trainer Certified through the International School of Boxing.SpecialtiesGlambody Fit offers a variety of personal training programs that will help you reach your goals.
