Fitness Now's Lifestyle Weight Management Consultant will perform a nutritional consultation to facilitate the change into your new body. At the End of each Month you will be reevaluated to measure your success and progression. The key to success is balance in your nutrition and your exercise. If Sport Medicine or Sports Specific Exercise is your need, our certified trainers will prepare you for participation in your sport. You could be a weekend warrior or a high caliper professional athlete. We are currently working with Professionals from the LPGA and PGA. Also, local ice-skaters and tennis players have seen improvements since implementation of a sports specific training program.
