The house is packed with Civil War memorabilia, military gear, photos, etc. Everything is amazingly high quality. There is something for everyone - from muskets to dresses, and medical instruments...

It's a controversial museum dedicated to the war of rebellion . The history of this war is just as contentious and divisive today as it probably was 150 years ago . Should we erase our ugly past ?...

Most friendly volunteers! So much information! My children 11,8,5 loved it too. It wasn't busy so the kind volunteer took us on a private tour full of interesting facts.
