Traditional personal training happens one-on-one. Our founders, Will & Scott, have been working in this setting for over 10 years, and they decided that there's a better approach. Enter the Compass Fitness semi-private training method. In this style of training, you experience the benefits of working with a trainer while building a sense of community and empowerment through others achievements. Semi-private training means that you get all the benefits of a customized fitness plan and time spent with an expert trainer, but you share the training floor with up to four others.
