When you have a specific need or question about fundamental workplace issues such as pay, policies, practices or business strategies, the SDA responds. The SDA provides educational services with an affordable cost structure. Course content is based on workplace experience rather than textbooks or theories. Classes are provided on a variety of topics and geared toward a wide range of educational backgrounds. In addition, the SDA can develop and present custom training classes to meet your needs. A company may access SDA educational services only by becoming a member. The SDA convenes task forces, committees and peer groups on shared interests as needed.
