It has been shown to improve circulation, reduce effects of stress, improve flexibility, increase muscular strength, improve circulation, decrease cellulite, accelerate weight loss, tone and firms, and much more! As part of our health and wellness concept, we also incorporate far-infrared sauna sessions, and alkaline water to round out your exercise sessions.
