Sara Horne is Family Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. She began her career in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant, supporting patient needs and fostering a strong foundation in hands-on care. Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Francis Marion University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at Walden University. Her advanced education and clinical expertise allow her to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions, with a focus on patient education and preventative care. With a passion for promoting wellness and building lasting patient relationships, Sara provides high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of each individual she serves at MUSC Health Primary Care Marion.
