My iPhone 11 charging port died and I couldn't charge the phone. I called ChaseTech at 8 AM. Femi texted back and set up Appt time for 9:45. He texted when he arrived (on time) and fixed the phone...

i been trying to get in contact with chase to fix my phone and no response and when I did get a response from him he tells me hold on he can't do it he busy ... That's not what you tell a customer
