The Aiken County Administrator is in charge of implementation of policies, procedures and regulations adopted by the Aiken County Council and ensures compliance of the policies by county departments. Located in Aiken, S.C., the county administrator prepares and recommends the annual operating budget and capital program to county council and supervises the implementation of the approved budget.
