Cassandra Calloway is board certified as a family nurse practitioner and emergency room nurse. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Appalachian State University and Master of Science in Nursing at the University of South Carolina in 2015 and 2019 with a graduate program focus as a family nurse practitioner with special interests in family medicine. She has a strong background in emergency and critical care nursing and is certified by the Emergency Nurses Association with her Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). She enjoys living in Lancaster County with her husband and three children as her family has a passion for outdoor activities and enjoys the peacefulness this county has to offer while also being minutes away from Charlotte. She believes in developing strong patient and provider relationships, in order to provide personalized care, tailored specifically to meet each patient's individual needs. Dr. Chaudhary is an internal medicine physician who enjoys treating patients 18 years and older. After earning her medical degree, Dr. Chaudhary completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. After completing her residency, Dr. Chaudhary decided to return to her home state of South Carolina to serve the needs of fellow South Carolinians. Dr. Chaudhary maintains a clinical patient care model comprising evidence-based medicine to help ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Dr. Chaudhary's clinical interests include women's health, mental health, and chronic disease management, including diabetes and high blood pressure. Dr. Chaudhary is an active member of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association member.
