Carol's Hope for Childhood Cancer is a registered and licensed 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides financial assistance and emotional support to families battling childhood cancer in South Carolina. Through their six thrift stores across the Upstate, they offer a unique selection of home goods, clothes, and more, with proceeds going directly to benefit these families.

Founded in 2014 by Carol Moeller, the charity was inspired by her best friend's struggle to afford travel expenses for her daughter's cancer treatment. Joined by her son JC Moeller and daughter Paulette Calloway, Carol's Hope aims to make a difference in the lives of these families by providing daily household needs, travel assistance, meals, scholarships, and transportation.
