History

CFPAA opened its doors in August 0f 2009. CFPAA student enrollment grew more than 600 % in its first three years of business, necessitating two expansions, one of which led us to build a new center specifically designed for CFPAA. During this time, CFPAA has consistently been named Best Dance Studio by WMBF News as well as the Carolina Forest Chronicle. CFPAA was awarded the national Studio of Excellence by the Association of Dance Competitions and Conventions. CFPAA won the Spirit of Encore Award in 2018, and most recently earned the distinction of Top Dance Studio at Encore Dance Competition to the Stars. We were also awarded the Backstage Award from New York City Dance Alliance for best sportsmanship. CFPAA serves as the region's chapter of the National Honor Society or Dance Arts, and is home to Mr. Petite Dance America, Mr. Junior Dance America, and Mr. Teen Dance America!
