I called and made an apt, and the front desk lady was very rude, rushing, and talked to me with no RESPECT!!! Check your people you hire.

Stay away from this place in find yourself another doctor. My mother is currently a patient of Dr. Nelson's and her experience with this facility and its staff has been poor from the beginning....

Was with a family member today and in total from walk in to walk out was 4 hours 15 minutes. I even left and got lunch and sat in the lobby and ate. There is very little to no communication...
