Customer service and expediency. Ordered 3 deli sandwiches and they took 40 minutes to prepare! I did watch regulars come in get waited on with the same hands that were processing food and leave....

Greeted by the owner when you walk through the door. He even takes your order right than and there. So happy to find a deli I ordered a pound of turkey, a pound of roast beef and a pound of ham....
