History

Retail and Wholesale Bakery established on December 1, 2012, owned by baker David Schnell and his wife Nikki Schnell. The name derives from an insurace plat from the late 1880s indicating an alley known as Brown's Court led to four sister houses, in what is now the driveway leading to the back parking lot. The only remaining structure is where the retail space is currently housed, with outdoor and indoor seating.
