On a mission to try all the smash burgers in town, I knew that Blackout had to be on the list. They scheduled a pop-up at Ships Wheel Hard Cider in Park Circle so I made a point to go check it...

What a great place! Big sloppy burger, but perfectly balanced with pickles. You can get it in any size you want. The Frito Pie is nice and crunchy with chili, cheese and jalapeños for a kick....
