P. Douglas deHoll, MD, received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. Alexander Morse Wagner, MD
Alexander M. Wagner, MD, CAQSM, received his bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where he then went on to receive his medical degree at the School of Medicine. He then completed a residency in pediatrics and a fellowship in and primary care sports medicine, also at Prisma Health/University of South Carolina in Columbia. Dr. Wagner's clinical interests include providing non-operative management of orthopedic and sports medicine issues in patients of all ages. He has a specialty interest in concussions and improving concussion care, and has given several local and regional talks on concussions in an attempt to expand the knowledge base of concussion management. Wagner has utilized a comprehensive assessment for concussions that has supported research efforts through the University of South Carolina. This has led to the presentation of multiple abstracts at national conferences. Through research, innovation, and high-quality patient care, he hopes to continue to contribute to the improving management of concussions in South Carolina. Dr. Wagner hopes to provide empathetic and individualized care to each of his patients. He recognizes the wide-ranging benefits of activity and exercise. It is his goal to help all patients be physically active to support their long-term well-being.

Mickey Franklin Plymale, MD
Mickey F. Plymale, MD, received his medical degree from Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia. He completed his internship and residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. He completed fellowships at the Dr. James Andrews American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Alabama. He is a member of the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Sports Medicine Fellowship Society.
