We had bath fitters re do our master shower , because the tile shower we had was leaking and whoever did the tile didn't know what they were doing. The salesperson did explain the project well...

Bath Fitter offers a "Life Time Warranty" but in small print which they don't tell you, you have to notify them first, even if your house is flooding. You can't use any other source of service. I...

Palmetto Bath came out on 12-18-2022 and finished a nightmare job. Called Bath Fitter and they came out and gave me a quote but never returned because I was doing a civil lawsuit on Palmetto Bath....

They came when they said they would, finished on time, and did a good job. They addressed and solved a couple of design problems, and they cleaned up after. They could have done a neater caulking job.
